At Vajikarna, we take care to ensure that every order is packed securely and delivered in good condition.

Because Vajikarna POTENCY MIX™ is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened or used.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive:

• A damaged product
• A tampered package
• The wrong product
• A product that is missing from your order

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the package
• Clear photographs of the product received

After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

❌ Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not accept returns simply because you have changed your mind after receiving the product, particularly where the product has been opened or used.

💰 Refunds

If your refund is approved, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.

Refund processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

For Cash on Delivery orders, any approved refund will be processed using a suitable electronic refund method after the required details are provided.

🚫 Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
